Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
A majority of all of our orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Philadelphia, PA. A delivery confirmation number is included with each order. We strive for prompt delivery and orders are typically shipped out within 48 hours of order date.

All packages are shipped via USPS via express or priority mail (both options are available at checkout based on size of order).

For returns, please review the return policy below.

In some cases, our vendors will ship out products from their warehouses directly (via USPS or UPS). In this case, any issues with shipping and returns must be handled via the Go Green Marketplace customer service team. Contact our team at greenmarket at greendeals.org.


Return Policy:
Products must be undamaged, in their original packaging and be able to be re-sold. Any products that arrive used, opened or in poor condition will not be entitled to a refund.

All returns must be pre-approved and assigned an return number (within 30 days of customer receipt) before they are shipped back to our facility.

Once approved, all returns should be sent back directly to our distribution center with the assigned RMA# clearly written on the front of the box.

Any shipments or products that arrive without an RMA may not receive a prompt refund. All returns should be sent back via a trackable shipping method to this address:

Refund Policy:
We offer refunds for any returned item within 30 days of receipt. Refunds for returned orders usually take between 1-2 weeks from date of receipt. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

If you place an order and need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours for order date and time. In most cases, your order can be cancelled with a full refund within 3 business days.
